Santos House, Calçada Marquês de Abrantes 48

Calçada Marquês de Abrantes 48

The Santos House building has been revitalized in Lisbon’s Santos district, preserving the historic character of a 1648 structure while integrating high contemporary standards of comfort, safety, and energy efficiency. The renovation strikes a balance between original features—such as ornate ceilings and traditional façades—and a refined design approach that combines craftsmanship, architecture, and luxury hospitality.

Amadeus natural stone, supplied by the Galrão Group, was used throughout all bathrooms, including floors, walls, shower bases, and vanity tops. In the kitchens, the countertops were crafted from Kaledonia polished sintered stone by Techlam, also provided by the Galrão Group—reflecting a commitment to premium materials that elevate the quality and identity of the project.
