Mármores Galrão is implementing an internationalization plan that strengthens its presence in foreign markets and raises the profile of Portuguese natural stone. The plan includes participating as an exhibitor at international trade shows, conducting market research and client acquisition activities in seven target markets, producing catalogs and promotional content, and strengthening the company’s digital presence—including its website, online campaigns, and participation in industry marketplaces.

Expected result: a 30.77% increase in exports in the year following the project.
