Applying textured patterns to the surface of natural stone allows the creation of sophisticated and surprising coatings on interior or exterior walls, on any type of stone. This project of the Galrão Group, which was developed with guest designers, led to six different collections that combine modernity and elegance of design with the sophistication, resistance and timelessness of stone.
Paper Stone is the thinnest stone in the market. Millimetre-thin and flexible blades of real stone offer all the distinction and protection of an ornamental stone in any environment. The eight versions of Paper Stone can be applied indoors and outdoors, to straight or curved surfaces, granting a perfect finish and impeccable texture to any support. Its lightness and thickness make it ideal for settings where prestige is desirable, yet weight is an inconvenience, such as the inside of lifts, yachts, airplanes or prefabricated constructions.
Developed by Frontwave | Stone Technology together with the Galrão Group, the Stork solution is a multi-layer natural stone, fibre and cork composite. This construction solution incorporates the best of each element in a unique combination of lightness, durability and resistance. Effective and highly versatile, Stork is a great advantage in floors or coating facades. Special accessories have been developed for installing it.
CERAMIC TILES AND QUARTZ
Ceramic practically does not absorb any water and offers greater resistance to abrasion and bending. It is therefore indicated for an endless range of uses, from domestic or large traffic floors, to covering facades or kitchen and bathroom counters. The technology developed allows us to present high aesthetic standards, visually indistinguishable from the most diverse natural construction materials. The Galrão Group is the representative in Portugal of one of the largest and most sophisticated ceramic tiles manufacturers in the world: the Inalco group. Discover these innovative materials here.
Quartz is an aesthetically attractive synthetic material manufactured using a pure quartz, pigment and resin composite, which promotes excellent performance in terms of both durability and sustainability. In addition to being used in kitchens and bathrooms, floors and ornamental coatings, quartz surfaces can be used in areas of high traffic, such as airports, hospitals, malls, bars and restaurants. One of the largest international quartz manufacturers, the company Guidoni Quartz, entrusted the Galrão Group with the representation of its products in Portugal. Discover them here.
