Galrão Group extends range of products with Stonequartz

Galrão Group has just launched the new product Stonequartz, a material composed mainly of quartz and silica that, after being submitted to the most advanced technology, results in a high performance product with complete uniformity in terms of color and texture and allows great versatility of use.

The Stonequartz is available in 9 colors in slabs with 305cm x 140cm, with 2cm and 3cm thickness.

Galrão Group in MARMOMACC 2009

Once again GALRÃO GROUP will attend as an exhibitor Marmomacc 44th edition (booth 11F4).

This Stone Fair, considered to be one of the most important events in the world for stone industry, will take place from the 30th of September to the 3rd of October., in Verona Italty.

The group will exhibit it´s is stone portfolio, complemented by the new range of classical, exotic and essential stones.

A new concept of stone finishes entitled TEXTURES, will also have its international presentation in the event.

Galrão Group at Vila Vilarinha opening cerimony

Group Galrão attended the opening ceremony of Vila Vilarinha, a modern architecture villas complex, built in oPorto already in promotion and selling phase.

The interior desinger Graça Viterbo was in charge of the interior finishings and decoration. All   natural stone for interior cladding  and floorings was supplied by  Group Galrão.

In the ceremony, Group Galrão was  praised by the promoters and  Graça Viterbo for the quality, finishing and nobility of the all the  materials supplied .

Group Galrão participated at Coverings 2009, held in Chicago - USA, between 21st and 24th April. Like in previous years, the Group Galrão was represented at this event with a booth.

Galrão Group in Marmomacc 2008, in Verona

The Galrão Group was present in Marmomacc 2008 fair, which had place in Verona (Italy), between the 2nd and 5th of October.

This fair, that completed this year its 43rd edition, is the biggest world-wide event dedicated exclusively to the natural stone sector.

Galrão Group was present in this event with a completely innovative and chromatically very attractive booth, which was very appreciated by customers and visitors, having deserved from all a very favourable critic.

In the booth it was given special attention to the materials Picasso and Amadeus, it included samples of the several possible finishings. In what concerns to new features, it was presented the Jazz marble and two new finishings, the Bombazine and the Bamboo, this last one caused a great interest on the public.

The Galrão Group has just set up a new production line of the well-known Pellegrini trademark in its factory of granites, for flamed, brushed and bushammered finishings.

THE GALRÃO GROUP AT THE TEKTÓNICA 2008 SHOW

The Galrão Group was present at the Tektónica 2008 exhibition – the International Fair for Construction and Publics Works - on its 10th edition, which was held within the FIL premises of Lisbon, between May 20th and 24th.

On that occasion, with more than 90 000 professionals – between visitors and expositors – the Galrão Group booth displayed the best and most innovative items of its own.

Gardstone, a natural old-looking stone used in outdoor spaces, represented the most interesting item to the visitors, due to its versatility and innovative aspect.

Conclusion of a Caribbean First Class Resort

Galrão Group has supplied for another luxurious resort, this time in the Caribbean. This work included various genuine portuguese materials with different finishings.

GALRÃO GROUP on a visit to the Xiamen Stone Fair 2008

Between the 6th and 9th of March 2008, the Xiamen Stone Fair celebrated its 8th anniversay at the Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition center,in Xiamen, China. This is one of the most important events in Asia and all over the world concerning ornamental stones, flooring and cladding.

Galrão Group was present at this top-class fair, taking the opportunity to become more familiar with the leading trends in the area. They also benefited from a visit with their loyal Chinese customers, among whom Grupo Galrão is becoming increasingly popular.

The Xiamen Stone Fair, taking place once a year at the Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center, was celebrating its 8th edition in 2008.

Mármores Galrão is supplying Gardstone to Sintra Town Council.

This rustic, high quality, durable and with great aestethic value product was selected by Sintra Town Council for exterior pavings.

Gardstone, besides being a natural material, has the advantage, when compared to other products, of associating good price to zero maintenance costs.

MARMOMACC

Grupo Galrão was, once more, exhibiting in that wich is considered the most important fair in the Natural Stone sector - Marmomacc, wich took place from 4 to 7 October 2007 in Verona - Italy.

Casa Decor

In this year's edition of CASA DECOR, designer D'Ouro, Rita and Arch. Alexandre, Raquel present the Interiors Architecture tendencies, translated in a "Lounge" ambiance. For it they used the 'Negro St. Laurent' Stone.

This ambiance, wich was supported by Galrão Group, may be visited in Chiado - Lisbon, from 21 September to 21 October 2007.
